On Monday 4th December 2017 the DARWIN project hosted a webinar entitled “Resilience Management – From Theory to Practice: A practical adaptation of Concept Cards”.
Valentina Cedrini from ENAV S.p.A. (Air Navigation Service Provider), Italy, and Giuseppina Mandarino from ISS (National Health Institute), Italy, shared their expert knowledge on how two specific Concept Cards can be adapted and utilised within the Healthcare sector and Air Traffic Management. Read their presentation here.
The Concept Cards discussed were: 4.3 Noticing Brittleness and 2.3 Understanding Roles and Responsibilities. Both these Concept Cards have been trialled during pilot exercises within the DARWIN project and webinar attendees learned how the theory was put into practice.
The webinar was an interactive discussion where attendees could share their own experiences and give their perspective and opinion on these matters. It was hosted by Dr. Ivonne Herrera from SINTEF, Norway, who started the webinar by giving a short update on the progress of the DARWIN project.
