On 27 June 2018, DARWIN organised a DARWIN Community of Practitioners (DCoP) webinar about increasing the public’s involvement in resilience management. The presentation can now be viewed online below.
This webinar discussed the Capability Card ‘Increasing the Public’s Involvement in Resilience Management’. During the webinar, Odeya Cohen from Ben-Gurion University, Israel, and Jonas Hermelin from FOI, Sweden, discussed the challenge of strengthening the community’s response to expected and unexpected crisis by engaging the general public.
The Capability Card was developed through rapid prototyping at the latest DCoP workshop in Linkoping, Sweden, in March 2018. The webinar presented an update on the work undertaken to develop this Capability Card.
